Job Description:

PAPÉ MACHINERY, INC. – CONSTRUCTION & FORESTRY DIVISION – KENT, WA

SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR / WRITER:  Responsibilities include greeting customers, check-in of units for repairs, answering phones, quoting needed repairs, and maintaining contact with internal/external customers and technicians. Will also assist the shop foreman with workflow, provide backup to the receptionist desk, and provide clerical support for the Service Department. This includes opening, updating and closing shop work orders, payroll data entry, filing, preparing warranty claims and other related activities. The position will also provide back up to the receptionist desk as needed.

Individual must be self-directed with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.  Must be able to perform a variety of duties and multitask. Requires above average oral and written communication and typing skills. Excel experience is preferred.
