Job Description:

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
  • Accurate entry of all Route Accounting documents, miscellaneous debits and credits.
  • Distribution of product bills and route accounting reports.
  • Accurate verification of driver cash and cash procedures.
  • Accurate and legible preparation of daily deposit for pick-up agent.
  • Deposit logs
  • Deposit Slips
  • Cash Breakdown Sheets
  • Cash Receipts
  • Distribution of required reports for Sales and Warehouse department.
  • Accurate application of Rejected Ticket Policies.
  • Assist, Drivers/Distributors/Warehouse staff on Handheld and truck Loading procedures and applications.
  • Troubleshoot handheld or truck loading problems on a daily basis
  • Monitor and tracking of handheld equipment.
  • Assist in rollovers of Distributor handhelds
  • Knowledge of Delinquency report and distribution
  • Reconciliation of driver billing (where applicable)
  • Perform all related duties assigned by Branch Office Manager.
  • Knowledge of excel and word
  • Maintain a neat and clean working environment.
  • Follow safe work practices to eliminate and minimize personal injury and damage to Company
  • Property. Safety is an integral part of each job and employees are responsible for Safety as part of their job performance.
  • Report any company policy violations
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

Required:

• Equivalent of either (1) Associates degree in Computer Science or closely related field and 2 years of route accounting experience OR (2) 4+ years of directly applicable experience.
