We are hiring a Manager of Analysis to join our newly developed team; created to centralize and support cost accounting capability across our North American Consumer Products Division.  The long term strategy will encompass 20+ sites in our Tissue Towel Napkin and Dixie business. This team is responsible for driving transformational change in the area cost analysis and reporting; utilizing SAP S4HANA to achieve optimization. The Manager of Analysis will provide the GP manufacturing leadership team with insightful analysis to make business decisions; through this accurate cost structure. The role will be based at our at our Corporate HQ in beautiful downtown Atlanta, GA


 

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

 


Support Product and Process Cost for multiple NACP sites




    • This includes providing guidance to questions around all SAP costing functionality and resolving potential opportunities

    • Monthly close processing and reporting around key SAP jobs and controls

    • Provide data quarterly for updating product cost expected model

    • Maintaining competitive costing Model “ICM” “Inherent Cost”

    • Supporting projects and best practices around the SAP Costing

    • Manage Costing Analyst responsibilities



  • Support process improvements for financial systems and operations reporting

  • Provide business support for operations systems and tools for the Division; partnering and collaborating with Towel Tissue Napkin and Dixie facilities personnel

  • Support development of training materials and content for analytical enabling tools

What You Will Need:

Education Required:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related Business field

 
Basic Requirements:


  • At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis, cost analysis, or related operations role

  • Clear understanding of financial accounting and cost accounting principles

  • Strong understanding of SAP integrated financial and accounting systems

  • Strong intellectual curiosity with demonstrated success as an individual contributor

  • Ability to mine and convert data into meaningful information through leveraging software and other state of the art tools combined with the aptitude and desire for learning new systems and improving processes through automation

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite with proficient skills in Excel (creating charts, formatting cells, working with macros & pivot tables etc.), Access (ability to work with & manipulate large sets of data), PowerPoint (change slide layout, applying new  presentation design and inserting images etc.)

 
 Preferred Qualifications:
 


  • Leadership or Supervisory experience

  • Accounting or Analysis experience in a manufacturing/plant environment


  • SAP / S4HANA experience with a concentration in product costing

  • Advanced/Expert level MS Excel skills

  • Tableau (ability to create visualization of data)

  • Alteryx (ability to work with and manipulate large sets of data) 

  • Previous experience with a system implementation, system upgrade, testing and/or reconciling transactions between multiple systems
