The Planning & Analysis Manager will primarily lead the forecasting processes within the Workforce Planning & Analysis team, bringing together operational insights and financial acumen to create an accurate forecast which can be translated into actionable steps for the Operations team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is curious, has a strong drive for process improvement, and can organize multiple people and processes to achieve a common goal. This role will collaborate with multiple teams, departments, and levels of leadership in order to effectively create each forecast. Primary Responsibilities:
Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes:
Develop a deep understanding of all forecasting models maintained by the team, understanding the inputs and how those business drivers affect the forecast
Create internal team calendar which outlines key milestones and deliverables, and organize and track team actions towards these dates
Collaborate with other teams to obtain required forecast inputs
Analyze forecast outputs as the forecast is being developed, for early identification of risks or issues
Drive rigor around forecast checklist process
Coordinate reporting updates to ensure department is tracking against a consistent forecast comparison point
Identify and implement enhancements to the forecast process to increase process maturity, add valuable insights, etc.
Perform quantitative (statistical) analysis using a variety of techniques and tools. Identify trends, patterns, and outliers to identify cost savings and service opportunities
May lead a small team of analysts
Role responsibilities will evolve as the business grows and changes

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience in planning & analysis roles with exposure to forecasting
2+ years of experience with at least one of the following: staffing models, budgeting, or financial analysis
1+ years of experience facilitating process mapping sessions, defining value streams and non-value tasks
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Intermediate proficiency with dashboarding tools ie. Tableau, PowerBI and SQ
Ce rtification in Data analytics and Data visualization
Extensive relevant experience in understanding data analysis and reporting
Frequent meetings with others across global time zones will require some calls to be made outside of standard business hours
E xperience thinking analytically, with strong problem solving skills Experience with written and oral communication skills
Experience planning, prioritizing and completing complex work efforts to meet established objectives
Experience influencing change and innovation through collaboration and teamwork
Experience working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Experience and comfort navigating ambiguity; using judgement to keep processes moving when all information is not available
