Provide quality entrepreneurial leadership to identify, develop and recommend products, services and ventures aimed at building both regulated and unregulated Business Development programs and efforts.
Provide leadership and assistance to teammates in securing products or service business plans and implementation schedules.
Consult with clients, teammates and Stakeholder in the effective implementation of new businesses and products.
Identify and work closely with appropriate regulated and unregulated resources and/or industry consultants necessary to provide for the successful development, approval and launch of recommended products or ventures.
Identify and work closely with appropriate outside resources as may be necessary to identify, develop or implement appropriate partnerships, alliances or strategic relationships.
Consult with UI staff and Stakeholders in evaluating the implementation and profitability of any new businesses or products.
Conduct or facilitate detailed business product and market development studies as required.
Experience in Business Development or related fields to include creation, writing, presentation and implementation of formal business plans.
Required skills include analytical ability, creative problem solving, communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize, organize and produce results in an unstructured environment.

Skills and Requirements
Create and lead teams in the successful ideation, creation, planning and implementation of new and enhanced product, service and business ventures. Recommend new products, services and businesses, including enhancements of existing offerings to improve overall profitability, revenue production and strategic positioning of the Company in both the regulated and unregulated corporate realm. Represent the Company regarding business development matters at all levels of public, private and corporate interaction.
Ideally in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or Business or equivalent experience.
MBA or advanced degree desired.
