We are seeking an individual who has experience in enabling, fostering, and mentoring a continuous improvement culture.  The Process Excellence Project Manager will plan and administer LEAN-Six Sigma principles, tools, and methodologies to drive initiatives that ensure attainment of the strategic goals of the Solution Development organization.  Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develop the department’s capabilities in applying process innovation, process excellence, lean principles and tools

  • Enables, Fosters, and Mentors capabilities and experience in others in applying process innovation, process excellence, lean principles and tools.

  • Lead, coach, plan and/or facilitate projects using Lean-Six Sigma tools and techniques

  • Through the use of process innovation, process excellence, lean principles will ensure achievement of department objectives.

  • Create change management plans for initiatives in the organization

  • Lead standard work creation and adherence

  • Completes complex projects and performs project organization, definition, planning, implementation and control.

  • Sets process metric goals in partnership with the department leaders.

  • Drives process measurement including project scorecards and other metrics, which can also be used to drive process improvements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.



  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  • Typically 5-8 years of successful experience in a directly related field

  • Demonstrates and applies broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managed work group(s) and how it supports related operations

  • Demonstrates understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action
