Responsible for providing administrative support for the Vice President, Assistant Vice President and Managers of the Tennessee Market by performing a variety of duties and responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains a professional image and demeanor at all times consistently demonstrating Credit Union RISE Values and adhering to the Code of Ethics. Delivers friendly, caring service to internal and external members
Supports the Vice President, Assistant Vice President and Managers of the Tennessee Market with various administrative functions including, but not limited to; coordinating and maintaining their schedules, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, monitoring inventory for area, answering phones, distributing mail, and directing incoming calls and visitors to the area.
Coordinates a variety of meetings and events; prepares all materials, secures location, organizes catering and provides further assistance as needed.
Assists with special projects, performing research and compiling data as necessary.
Prepares clear, accurate, and thorough correspondence, reports and other written materials.
Tracks and maintains records for incentive pay for division employees and forwards information for payment.
Complies with all applicable regulatory requirements and Credit Union policies and procedures.
Adheres to all security procedures and maintains strict confidentiality of all member information.
Completes training and self-study to achieve and maintain required knowledge of Credit Union products, services and overall operations.
Completes required on-line regulatory and compliance training, on a semi-annual basis, including but not limited to; Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering and USA Patriot Act.
Works scheduled hours and maintains punctuality.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High school diploma
Prior administrative or clerical experience
