Job Title: Task Order Manager
EMCOR Government is seeking a talented Task Order Manager for a facilities maintenance and operations support services contract in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
*** This Position Is Contingent Upon Contract Award. ***
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for planning, oversight, management, and execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and task orders for a large commercial/industrial facility with multiple facilities with complex mechanical, electrical, and structural requirements. * Coordinates work and communicates with customers and subcontractors. * Develops, modifying, and tracking schedules. * Utilizes Microsoft programs, including Excel and Project. * Ensures contract performance
* A minimum of five (5) years of experience with responsible planning, oversight, management, and/or execution of commercial construction, maintenance, and operations projects and/or task orders. This experience must be in a large commercial/industrial facility or at multiple facilities with complex mechanical, electrical, and structural requirements. * Must have experience coordinating work and communicating with customers and subcontractors. * Must have experience developing, modifying, and tracking schedules. * Must be skilled with Microsoft programs, including Excel and Project. * Must possess a North Carolina General Contractor's license.
