Job Title: Laboratory Ventilation Manager (LVMP)

Job Summary: EMCOR Government is seeking a talented Laboratory Ventilation Manager (LVMP) for a facilities maintenance and operations support services contract at Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Administer EPA-RTP's Laboratory Ventilation Management program

* Coordinate site services

* Schedule activities

* Ensure communication

* Monitor performance of the systems

* Manage data and document

* Ensures contract performance in accordance with the direction and policies of EMCOR

Qualifications:

* Must possess a mechanical engineering degree.

* Must have a minimum of five (5) years of operating experience with laboratory (or related applications) HVAC, electrical and control systems.

* Excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with various levels within the organization

* Extremely high level of attention to detail and the ability to take initiative and adapt quickly to changing requirements

* Ability to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines
