Job Title: Technical Drawing Administrator
EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Technical Drawing Administrator to support a facility operations and maintenance support services contract at Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
*** This position is contingent upon contract award. ***
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Using AUTOCADD, initiates new drawings, updates and incorporates changes based on As-Builts. * Manages large libraries of CADD drawings, signing them out to engineers and contractors * Assures CADD drawings are returned to the library updated as required.
* Must have a minimum of five (5) years of AUTOCADD drawing experience, to include initiating new drawings, updating, and incorporating changes based on As-Builts. * Experience in managing large libraries of CADD drawings, signing them out to engineers and contractors; and assuring they are returned and updated as required. * Excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with various levels within the organization
* Extremely high level of attention to detail and the ability to take initiative and adapt quickly to changing requirements
* Ability to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines
