mental illness to live in the community with as much independence as
possible. Using a non-judgmental harm reduction approach, staff model and
guide the residents to create and meet personalized recovery goals, to develop
independent living skills, and to live in a healthy and secure manner. Our

ABOUT THE JOB
The Case Manager is the most senior level of
direct care staff working with residents of the Jewish Board's supported housing
programs in order to help residents live in the community as independently as

currently looking for talented professionals of all cultures, religions, races,
and gender expressions with the following qualifications:
BA degree; or
AA degree and
at least three (3) years of experience in a community mental health setting; or
HS/HSE and five
(5) years of experience in a mental health setting
