Job Description:

Job Overview:  

Responsible for the prompt repair and ongoing maintenance of production equipment.  Identify, monitor and troubleshoot problems. Keep records of work performed and complete maintenance history logs. Control and account for equipment. Ensure operation of safe and functionally sound equipment. Maintain and order supplies and parts as needed


Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday

Tuesday – Thursday: 4 PM – 12:30 AM

Friday: 12 PM – 8:30 PM

Saturday: 7 AM – 3:30 PM


Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment to include inspection, cleaning, lubrications, adjustments, repairs, etc.

  • Repair all building equipment to include electrical, plumbing, structures, dry and wet fire systems, carpentry, painting, etc.

  • Perform building modifications to include electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, etc.

  • Use appropriate power and hand tools.

  • Keep accurate records of preventative maintenance and all other work performed.

  • Perform other tasks as directed by supervision.

  • Communicate with supervisor daily of changes of problems with building equipment.

  • Clean work area/warehouse and equipment.

Job Requirements:  

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent/Two to four years trade school, apprenticeship or military service.

  • At least five to ten years experience in the electrical field.

  • Must have experience in more than one trade.

  • Must be familiar and comply with local codes.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
