The scheduled shift for this position is Monday-Friday daylight hours.
Utilizing standard procedures, conducts quality review and analysis of the work performed by staff supporting a specific line of business or functional area. Identifies issues requiring correction and facilitates correction.
Reviews standard transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete the transaction and/or work process.
Supports the identification of systemic issues and escalates appropriately.
Supports the identification of continuous improvement opportunities.

Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
