In this role you will primarily work on the bank’s financial teller system - Argo – a web-based client/server technology, while collaborating with lines of business to make adjustments and enhancements to an existing system. 

Ideal candidates should be comfortable in general web development, technical requirements, some ETL work, and problem solving.


  • 3+ years experience in web client/server development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript(ECMA 6)/AJAX and knowledge of web-server administration/setup(IIS, Apache, etc.)

  • 3+ years experience using any 3GL object-oriented language

  • 1+ years experience using MS SQL (T-SQL), SSIS experience a plus


  • Git source control

  • Service Oriented Architecture  – SOAP-based messaging

  • Experience with IIS a plus

  • Experience using Azure DevOps a plus

  • C# experience a plus

Please note: This position may require 1-2 week of out of state travel for Argo training.

Position Title: Application Developer 1

Position Overview:

The Application Developer 1 is a core member of the Information Technology team.  The incumbent is responsible for development related to the applications for which the team supports.  The incumbent could develop integrations, reports/analytics, and/or websites.  The incumbent will spend a significant amount of time heads-down developing, documenting and supporting the applications/integrations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Writes the code needed to support the assigned applications

Develops integrations between the assigned applications and the bank's internal systems and/or 3rd party vendors

Supports the applications/integrations for which the teamis responsible

Follows standards and guidelines in creation of the software and to protect information and writes high quality code

Documents deliverables in accordance with department and corporate standards

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
