Core Functional Responsibilities:



 

 

  • Provide administrative support to Global Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing team

  • Schedule large and/or complex meetings with key customers, or high level executives

  • Screen calls and respond to routine and non-routine inquiries

  • Draft responses for supervisor’s review on routine correspondence

  • coordinate travel arrangements and any logistics

  • Performs administrative work of significant difficulty and complexity. Act independently based on general instructions and direction and refers unusual problems to supervisor

  • Using advanced software applications skills, create/maintain spreadsheets, imports exports data between software applications, creates presentations, etc.

  • Proactively identify needs and initiates administrative projects

  • Process expenses via Prudential expense management system for Marketing team.

  • Work is varied and can be project oriented, including work on projects outside of normal job duties

  • Back up support and coverage for Executive Assistant supporting Head of Global Distribution as well as reception coverage as needed.

  • 5 years of administrative assistant experience

  • Proficiency in MS office applications

  • Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills and eager to learn

  • Excellent verbal and written and communication skills; Possesses excellent customer service skills

  • Must have ability to multi-task and be proactive

  • As business needs necessitate the individual may be required to work after regular work hours
