POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides EKG monitoring services under the supervision of a registered nurse. Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

1. High School Diploma.

2. Successful completion of EKG class and/or successful completion of an EKG examination

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

2. Lifting of 10 - 50 pounds

3. Sitting/standing long periods of time

4. Visual and auditory acuity

5. Reaching for and handling charts, reports and supplies

6. Ability to remain calm under stress

7. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
