Job Description:

An Enterprise Integration Senior Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to solve complex business issues, improve current Business Processes through new integration solutions, and create technical requirement documents. As a part of the Enterprise Integration team you will work with business analysts, developers, and production support resources.

This position will be responsible for monitoring production data issues through Service Now, Analyzing the Data Issues using SQL, suggesting improved solutions around integration points, and creating technical documentation. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be expected to track and implement E2E Solutions that will improve our current integration points.

We expect this position to be a professional with 7 to 9 years of experience with the ability to lead, problem solve, and improve the business capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze and drive to completion Production Incidents from Integration Data Issues.
  • Monitor Production Integrations for any Major Issues that occur.
  • Analyze Business and Data Quality Rejects from Production Integrations
  • Ability to question System Requirements based on data Profiling
  • Ability to create detailed Data Mapping and Requirement documents.
  • Work with business analysts to clarify technical requirements.
  • Ability to learn and understand ETL processes (specifically Informatica)
  • Ability to conduct and hold meaningful meetings with the Business to determine solutions to data problems
  • Suggest improved solutions around integration points
  • Work with architects to document/design data flows and integration points with major systems
  • Drive E2E solutions using Project Management and Development resources to improve and fix current integration points


Qualifications:
  • BS or BA degree in a related field required, unless there is significant, relevant work experience.
  • Seven or more years' experience in Data Analysis.
  • Five or more years' experience in a large-scale RDBMS environment.
  • Solid, quantifiable experience in advanced SQL techniques.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them to data processing needs
  • Capable of running complex SQL queries to answer business questions and relay output into actionable findings
  • Experience in Data Profiling and Data Mapping
  • Understands SDLC lifecycle
  • Ability to interact with Management and Software Developers, on- and off-site.
  • Ability to interact at a technical and non-technical level with BA and QA teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to provide strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and know when to seek guidance
  • Must be flexible, be able to change priorities quickly, and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Individual must be a self-starter and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Capable of learning new tools and technologies.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Experience with production support and managing offshore resources is a plus
  • Financial experience is a plus
  • Capable of using Unix to analyze data
  • Knowledge of various integration communications (SOAP, EDI, XML, Flat Files)
