Job Description Administrative Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Ownership and maintenance of purchase orders to support Analytical External Capabilities. Specifically:
Assuming ownership of approximately 150 existing purchase orders
Creating new PO's when new external project agreements are executed.
Processing PO change orders and approving invoices.
Working with vendors, client procurement, and client procure to Pay Department to troubleshoot PO/invoice issues.
Entering PO details into internal client database and pulling data summaries from that database to help with quarterly accrual process and profit plan updates.
Work with client IT and the client HelpDesk to obtain RLIMS access for external partners who need to enter data into client RLIMS system. Troubleshoot issues with RLIMS access when they arise.
Set up and maintenance of external SharePoint sites to allow secure data exchange between client and external partners.

A high sense of responsibility, be neat and dynamic and be capable of adapting to a wide variety of office responsibilities. The individual must be able to work alone and without direct supervision
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Basic Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma. Degree preferred.
Prior administrative experience
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Proficiency with MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
