Provides phone relief to Corporate Receptionist for breaks, lunch, vacation and when possible, cover sick days. Handles all mail in Corporate Office. Provides excellent internal and external customer service. Provides clerical support to Administration. Pick up and distribute mail and prepare items for shipping. Performs assigned duties in building, including light housekeeping. May work with highly confidential and sensitive information, and must maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Daily contact with Supervisor to receive direction and interpretation of new and existing procedures.
Daily contact with customers and prospective customers in routing incoming calls and providing assistance in the receiving area.
Daily contact with co-workers.

High school student, graduate or (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: familiarity with postal rates and machinery. Basic knowledge of MS Office and E-mail.
Valid driver's license.
