SITECH Northeast is classified as an essential business, as we support hospitals, grocery stores, landfill, waste, roads, bridges, critical construction and transportation. We continue to maintain business operations during this time, including hiring for open positions.

SITECH Northeast is the best in class provider of construction GPS, Laser, Survey and "machine automation" technology, helping the Construction and Civil Engineering industry radically improve productivity, efficiency and margin. Due to aggressive growth, we are significantly expanding our organization. We are looking for ambitious and highly-driven sales leaders to enter the high dollar industry of construction and join our rapidly growing team. If you have a passion for heavy equipment, for leveraging technology to improve productivity and know your way around site designs/surveys, grade stakes, lasers, GPS, grade checkers and computers, we want to hear from you.


  • Prospect and generate new business as well a support a growing user base.

  • Execute "business conversations" specific to how technology impacts:

    • Accuracy and speed

    • Productivity and margins

    • Ability to win more jobs AND increase profits

  • Communicate and collaborate with SITECH technical staff to support Trimble solutions.

  • Successfully balance planning and strategy within a high velocity environment.

  • Answer your phone, call people back and deliver what's been promised.


To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.

  • 3 plus years of field sales experience.

  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic. Competitive nature. Driven to succeed.

  • Passion for heavy equipment technology and how it impacts productivity, efficiency and margin.

  • Solid leadership qualities (examples of initiative).

  • Must have and maintain a clean driving record.

  • Travel throughout the SITECH Northeast territory and outside of the SITECH Northeast territory as needed.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Civil Engineering or Surveying degree or 3+ years relevant work experience.

  • Background in construction, surveying equipment, GPS/Laser technology or machine automation.

  • Experience with Trimble, Topcon or Leica GPS.

  • Knowledge of software: TerraModel, Trimble Business Center HCE, SCS900, TDS Survey Pro, Carlson CE, AutoCad Civil 3D, Topcon Pocket 3D, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
