Job Description Summary
Manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues and make necessary repairs
Perform preventative maintenance and maintain accurate records
Ensure safety guidelines are followed and properly documented
Lubricate, clean and make adjustments to parts and equipment to ensure proper operation
Maintenance of buildings and facilities
Other duties as assigned, as needed, in order to satisfy customer needs
Associate’s degree or completion of Technical School and Apprenticeship program or equivalent in training, experience and education
At least 5 years of industrial experience in electrical support functions
Hydraulics, pneumatics and plumbing knowledge
Installation and programming of variable frequency drives including Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Schneider (Telemecanique)
Able or have the ability to learn how to read, understand and troubleshoot electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
Working knowledge of three-phase motors, programmable controllers, low voltage control circuits, computer interface, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and identification of electrical/mechanical control components
Conduit, wiring devices, and circuit installation
Knowledge of IEC % NEC Standards
Must be knowledgeable of OSHA and other required safety requirements, especially those related to electrical/electronic operations and components
Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. and work at heights in excess of 25 ft.
Requires often climbing, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, stooping, and twisting
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
