We find ourselves in a position where we are looking to add a select few Business Development Managers to our teams. Our Business Development Manager are responsible for generating Consulting and Staff Augmentation business by pursuing prospective leads, new business prospecting, and cross selling into existing clients to create new revenue streams. In addition to identifying new opportunities, you will make client presentations, negotiate deals and close business. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong organization, communication and motivational skills with a desire to grow in such a role. Identify qualified leads by making contacts within the industry, networking, internet search methods, or other traditional marketing techniques and maintain a strong sales pipeline. * You should be comfortable with cold calling and focusing on developing relationships with key decision makers within organizations. * You will ensure continued relationships with clients during and following a project. You will work with other departments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. * You must have demonstrated high level of energy and professionalism working with internal and external networks. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or with an academic concentration in sales * Strong technical sales background with a minimum of 1-5 years' experience in a Business Development role within the IT industry. * Experienced in the IT staffing industry or software sales * Must have the ability to confidently interact with senior management and executives. * You should be competitive, self-motivated individual with a desire to win. * Clearly, excellent oral & written communication skills goes without saying If you have a background in technology with sales experience and looking for an exciting new career with exceptional earning potential, we need to talk, apply today!
