Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound telephone calls
Monitor and follow-ups, build customer retention
Provides accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion, identify areas of improvement
Achieves sales and referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers to proper staff for additional products, services and sales campaigns
Prepare reports on account status
Assist with customer requests and issue escalations as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements:
Experience in real estate, mortgage or finance industries preferred
Excellent verbal, written, social communication and sales skills a must
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Solid Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot experience
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
