Summary/Objective SaSR (Set and Service Resources) is a nation-wide staffing company that leverages its proprietary staffing platform, Hireflex, and other applicable technology, to provide local retail and merchandising temporary and full-time staffing to major national retail clients in all 50 states. The Site Superintendent provides leadership to field associates and assistance to internal and external stakeholders. Essential Functions 1. Partner with stakeholders to create, implement and execute project plans that meet expectations. 2. Lead day-to-day operations and management of retail staffing project in assigned geographic area 3. Develop staffing plans, including builder and merchandiser job mix and experience requirements. 4. Execute in-market recruiting strategies; make job offers and assist with on-boarding tasks/scheduling 5. Communicate core team schedules by wave/route as well as team backfills and/or transfers. 6. Oversee daily staffing roster and attendance tracking; ensure teams are checked-in and checked-out daily. 7. Actively engage associates to ensure all resources needed for the project are available to achieve goals. 8. Proactively address late cancellations and no-shows; administer SASR?s progressive disciplinary policy. 9. Ensure SASR associates represent themselves with the highest integrity and ethical standards. 10. Ensures project goals and objectives are met as outlined. 11. Communicate goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team as directed by stakeholders. 12. Monitor team performance, coach and compliment where needed; report on metrics. 13. Motivate team members. Listen to team members? feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. 14. Hold associates accountable for performance including, but not limited to attendance, job performance, and creating a culture of teamwork. Ensure completion of required training by all team members. 15. Validate policies, procedures, and standards are understood and followed by associates. 16. Ability to accurately communicate and maintain positive professional relationships with Store Managers, Store Associates, on-Site Store Remodel Management 17. Ability to unload freight, move product on and off store shelves, walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and move freely throughout the store on a continual basis as required by job assignment. 18. Ability to work a variable schedule of at least 45 to 50 hours per week; nights/weekends/holidays required. 19. Travel as Required. Approximately 100% of your time will be on-site in the field. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required; BS/BA degree in business administration or a related field preferred 2. Account/Client Management experience desired; 2+ year of retail merchandising experience preferred. 3. Previous experience as a manager or leader, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. 4. Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft office (word and excel). 5. Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills required. 6. Exhibit good leadership skills by promoting inclusive team environment 7. Ability to read blueprints and floor plans preferred. 8.
