Responsible for partnering with internal teams in conceptualizing, collating, creating, and delivering various types of content for on-air and/or on-line sales presentations. Communicates with external vendors to develop and execute content strategy to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. Responsible for content management process including data entry and file locations for every piece of support that hits the air.
Partners with internal teams in conceptualizing, collating, creating, and delivering various types of content for on-air and or on-line sales presentations
Develops effective use of graphics deployment to maximize effectiveness on air.
Creates verbiage, pictures and overall look of each full page graphic used on air, such as F&B Pages, Value Pages, Comp Ads and more
Plans production shoots, including location, models, story-board, writing of copy
Works closely with promotional team to help build up categories and product lines
Plans instructions for editing projects, getting the most out of our vendor provided videos to be used on air
Ensures quality control, timelines, and efficiency throughout the production of complex projects for broadcast & online presentations
Coordinates all elements for Event lock ‘n loads
Responsible for Event Overview documents to be communicated to all on air team members
Communicates with external vendors to develop and execute content strategy to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
Procures and prepares vendor assets or copy as required
Coordinates day-to-day activities and is a contact for vendors and internal partners
Builds and maintains strong working relationships with applicable business groups (Product Vendors, Vendor Reps, Guests… In addition to Show Hosts, Programmers, Merchandising Teams, Legal, Online Sales, Photo Studio, Video Studio, Stylists, Graphic Designers, Editors, Model/Host Coordinators, Product Samples, Traffic & Production Management, Line Producers, TV Directors, and Managing Producers) to maximize the sales of each product selected for air
Contact for vendors to update, maximize, and offer support as needed
Responsible for Content Management process including data entry and file locations for every piece of support that hits air
Creates, prepares, and maintains category product support material for all applicable show hours
Ensures accuracy and timely production of product shots, graphic requests, video shoots & edits
Assists in the daily servicing of assigned category and supports other company activities on an as-needed basis.
Technology & Design Skills:
Strong sense of visual design and communication principles
Expertise with InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe, and social media platforms
QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related education or experience
1-3 years communications, marketing, or related experience required
Proven knowledge of video production, post-production and web technologies
Detail oriented, communicative, and organized
Able to manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting short deadlines, working quickly and effectively under pressure
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
