The Marketing Director will report directly to the VP, Commercial Operations and will be based out of the Los Angeles office.


  • Develop and own overall marketing strategy and plans to execute on the strategy

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns (campaign flow builds, email creation, outbound landing page creation, and form creation) to produce qualified leads for our Sales team

  • Develop sales materials and other marketing content to demonstrate the value of our products

  • Understand the competitive context and as an internal product expert, articulate why our products will win

  • Coordinate live and virtual marketing events

  • Define, map, and document key processes

  • Work collaboratively across Product, Commercial Operations, Account Management, and other teams

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated impact

  • Healthcare experience preferred

  • Exceptional written storytelling skills

  • Heightened brand awareness and focus

  • Strong attention to detail

  • ROI focused; strong measurement and analytics skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing execution and best practices

  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, change priorities rapidly, and work through ambiguity effectively

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Proficiency with CRM system (Salesforce preferred)

  • Excited to join a startup-like environment, where you will build new content and processes (vs incremental improvement)
