Projects may include aiding in management of projects associated with the IT Strategic Plan (Development,
Service Catalog Development, IT Intranet, BCC Efforts, IT Customer Care Program), as well as assisting with Reporting
Analysis of various different data tool sets. Students may be required to analyze issues experienced by internal customers and make the needed configuration changes. Students may also be expected to assist other departmental or regional support teams in troubleshooting and maintaining computers with specific software and hardware.


  • Help with testing, overseeing the offshore development, or using prototyping tools to assist with design.

  • Design & develop IT graphs, reports, dashboards & presentations.

  • Develop and test of new tools being implemented such as IT Support Lounge for end-users and Service
    Desk customer satisfaction metrics systems.

  • Configure computers with the appropriate software and security configuration. Perform software upgrades and
    configuration enhancements, along with ensuring security protocols are in place and updated accordingly.

  • Conduct onsite repairs for clients and internal customers by troubleshooting software and hardware, including Copier Workstations and Printers.

  • Use Microsoft Deployment Tools (MDT) and/or Ivanti Imaging systems for base loading of computers, setup
    configurations, data transfers, and deployment to our end user community.

  • Have basic understanding and use Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Office 365.

  • Report details back to manager via solid communication skills.

ScheduleAbility to work the required part time schedule, 20-25 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) during the scheduled term. Flexible Hours, can work around school schedule.

  • Undergraduate student currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science or related field.

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.

  • Ability to work the required part time schedule, 20-25 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) during the scheduled term. Flexible Hours, can work around school schedule.

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States


  • Undergraduate student currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in an I.T. related field of study.

  • Strongly prefer a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
