Responsibilities: The work involves both Inbound and Outbound planning, Transfer Pricing Documentation Studies, Tax Compliance (principally international related) and Tax Due Diligence Assignments. Requirements:
LL.M. in Tax or Master of Science in Taxation, with the successful completion of International Taxation courses. Master of Science in Taxation graduates must have 150 credits completed upon your start date and a minimum GPA of 3.0 in both your major and overall.
Bar membership or CPA license is a must for advancement within the Firm. Prior experience in an accounting environment is a plus. This position offers a good opportunity for advancement and salary is competitive with similar size accounting firms.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the broader CohnReznick team in delivering the highest quality service to our clients; interact directly with our clients on a regular basis to better understand and serve their needs; and grow and develop your career with support and mentoring from more experienced Certified Public Accountants in the accounting, auditing, and tax areas of the Firm, as well as through your regular participation in internal and external Continuing Professional Education programs.
