Lee Company is driven by family values and strives to create an environment where employees can thrive.Consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Lee Company, under the direction of the VP of IT, the Business Intelligence Manager role is to lead a team of data professionals in developing and implementing comprehensive tools and strategies that allow raw data to be transformed into business insights.
This person would join our growing team of data experts and manage the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. The ideal candidate can find solutions and value in large business data sets, and has the leadership, organizational, and technical skills to convert that data into strategic opportunities for the company.
The Analytics Manager will work closely with leaders across multiple business unit to support high-quality, data-driven decisions. They will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to extract key insights from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.
