As a Senior Director of Strategic Capabilities and Initiatives working on the USBU Strategy and Planning function team, you will be immersed in USBU strategic capabilities and objectives and play a critical role in enabling Takeda’s growth and development as a biopharmaceutical leader. This role may require domestic travel up to 25%. A typical day will include:

A deep understanding of project management and agile thinking and ability to accelerate change in culture and embed and grow key strategic capabilities across the organization. Serves as a catalyst for thoughtful interference, resulting in positive change. Implements sustainable, measurable solutions to meet business needs.
This individual will lead multi-faceted strategic and operational initiatives across Takeda’s USBU organization to ensure achievement of corporate and USBU specific objectives. In order to effectively achieve objectives, this individual will engage with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure cohesion, clear communication, priority alignment, and the optimization of organizational resources and communication. Subsequently, this individual will engage, enact and lead without authority, to effectively drive and communicate commercial initiatives, across the organization, in a highly collaborative manner.
