As a leader at the community, individuals in this position contribute to its success by ensuring the condition of amenities and apartment homes meets Concord’s high standards.  This includes fully preparing apartment homes for new residents as well as maintaining the condition of occupied apartments.

The Candidate must have the ability to transfer knowledge to others on the team.

Candidates must have the desire and ability to address residents’ customer service needs through clear and caring communication.  Have the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and are solutions oriented.  Willingness and ability to learn industry leading technology to provide efficient and effective service is essential.  Qualified candidates must have demonstrated organizational skills in order to prioritize daily schedules to meet property demands.

Position may require certifications in order to address HVAC and pool maintenance needs.

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience of candidate.


  1. Use of mathematics together with the analytical use of complicated drawings, manuals, and schematics, and use various types of precision measuring instruments, such as gauges, meters, and electrical testers.

  2. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.

  3. Applied trades training on a particular or specialized occupation, requiring knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing.

  4. Work requires Certified Pool Operator and Environmental Protection Agency Level I and II certifications for utilization of pool and charging HVAC systems.

  5. Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.

  6. Over five years required to be fully familiar with required techniques, equipment, systems, documentation, monitoring the work of others, and work routines.
