Role Summary

The Readiness and Sustainment administrative assistant will help the CHE Readiness and Sustainment operation leader and team with a variety of support activities to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. This person must consistently model and promote CHE's Cultural Beliefs: Customer Strong, Me to We, Own It!, Be Bold, Listen to Advocate, and Think it Through.

Major Responsibilities


  • Support the Readiness and Sustainment Managing Director with the day to day operation of the Readiness and Sustaimnent team

  • Responsibilties include but are not limited to:

    • Help with system access and setup for all Readiness and Sustainment New Hires

    • Coordinate all Readiness and Sustainment team Town Halls

    • Coordinate all Readiness and Sustainment leader meetings and workshops

    • Manage the Readiness and Sustainment Managing Director's calendar

    • Help maintain all RBACs for every CHE role

    • Assist with new hire system access and setup for other areas of CHE, time permitting

    • Assist the Readiness and Sustainment Communications Manager as needed

  • A proven ability to work well in an ambiguous environment

  • Strong organizational skills

  • An ability to self direct and seek assignments as capacity allows

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Exemplary follow through and attention to detail


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 3 or more years of applicable experience.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches and tools.

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

  • High comfort level with computers and various applications (ie Outlook, etc)

  • Experience supporting large change management initiatives in a large scale business environment

  • Minimal travel, once permitted

Required Work Hours

Full time job with a minimum of forty hours per week, plus other hours as may be necessary to complete job duties.
