Some duties of the housekeeper will include but are not limited to the following:
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and sinks
•Sweeping and moping throughout restaurant
- •Cleaning windows and other glass surfaces
•Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
•Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
- •Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- •Cleaning drains as needed
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.
- Maintain a clean and neat work environment and complete thorough cleaning of guest areas (sweeping, mopping, etc)
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members
- Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods, and to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with customers and peers.
