* Perform delegated patient care procedures keeping in mind the age specific needs of the patient.

* Documentation of patient care.

* Participate in organization, cleaning and safety of unit.

* Perform delegated patient care procedures keeping in mind the age specific needs of the patient.

* Make rounds and respond promptly to patient requests.

* Assist in the admission, transfer and discharge of patients as directed.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

* Identify personal learning needs.

* Utilize time productively.

* Demonstrate flexibility in staffing and adaptability to changes in patient care practice.

* High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills

* Ability to display empathy while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
