Interface is searching for a professional Administrative Assistant to join our talented office in Alexandria, LA.


The Alexandria, LA Administrative Assistant will report to the Operations Manager and will assist and support the sales and operations department with all administrative duties required to exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate is professional with strong communication and keen attention to detail and precision.

  • Provide administrative support to all departments and teams.
  • Ensure efficient flow of paperwork, reports.
  • Work as a liaison between the Operations Manager and the Branch employees.
  • Work as a liaison between the Home Office and the Branch.
  • Audit paperwork for accuracy and content.
  • Provide support to sales representatives by generating sales agreements, proposals, work orders and presentations.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Maximize office productivity through the use of Word and Excel.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb communication skills are a must.
  • Excellent attention to detail required.
  • Ability to multi-task is a must!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly motivated, organized and driven to work with a sense of urgency and resolve.
