Description
LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a Operations Manager (Temporary) for its contract to provide mechanical operations and maintenance services at the U.S. General Services Administration at the Degetau Rey Federal Building in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.
Operations Manager shall possess at least five (5) years of recent experience (within the past 7 years) as a first line Manager or Supervisor in directing personnel responsible for accomplishment of similar management, operations, maintenance and repair work of equal or greater complexity as the Degetau Rey Federal facility. Experience shall be in buildings of at least the similar size and characteristics of the Degetau Rey Federal building to be operated and maintained.
The Operations Manager shall have experience managing the maintenance and operations of the following activities:
  • Operating/adjusting building HVAC systems for efficiency and comfort,
  • Maintaining/trouble shooting/repairing the following systems/equipment:
  • Chillers and chilled water systems,
  • Building HVAC equipment
  • Boilers and hot water heating systems,
  • Domestic water and plumbing systems,
  • Electrical systems including lighting, motors, starters, contractors, etc.
