We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong management background for the position of Regional Vice President of Sales covering KI s Central United States territory. Candidates should live in a Midwestern state and will be responsible for travelling regularly within the region and to KI's Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI.

This individual will be responsible for directing, managing and developing a sales organization that executes the corporate strategy to achieve the objectives in the region. You will be responsible to lead, coach, and develop District Leaders in the territory, and execute channel management approaches that will grow sales revenue in each of the targeted core markets. The most successful candidate will be one that possesses great leadership ability, strong business acumen, crisp decision-making skills and strong initiative.

Candidates must possess a college degree as well as 5-10 years experience in a senior sales management role. A track record of success in coaching and developing employees and successfully growing a sales territory is essential. Experience in the furniture or a related industry is preferred.
