Job Description:


Leads the warehouse team to ensure the highest level of service standards are met. Will provide direct support to the warehouse by providing positive leadership and supervision of warehouse employees. Responsible for motivating employees and maintaining morale at all times to ensure high-performance levels.

Trains and develops employees to ensure the warehouse functions at the highest level of efficiency, filling in any area as needed. Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies, and procedures are met.

Help unload, check-in and put away all parts. Including organizing and locating new stock. Pull parts and get them ready to ship for will-call, delivery drivers, UPS, and shuttle parts. Unload sort and package brake shoe cores for return in the warehouse. Count, write up and package Paccar, CAT, and Cummins core returns. Handle all warranty needs, which include taking pictures, getting serial numbers, packaging, and shipping, and scraping out parts when needed.

Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. Will assist in counting of physical inventory.



Proven working experience as a warehouse employee, with experience in shipping and receiving. Maintains a positive and respectful attitude while working in a team environment. Previous leadership experience preferred.  Must have good communication skills with internal and external customers. Must be detailed and organized with all paperwork. Must have good time management skills as the daily work can change several times throughout the day. Works with employees possess the drive to pitch in and exhibit to others a willingness to get the job done.



High School diploma/GED

Three-Five years of prior experience in a Warehouse Lead, Operations or Logistics environment.

Basic computer skills


Must be able to lift and box up cores weighing from 1 pound to 80 pounds for up to 2 hours. This includes bending over grabbing the part and placing it into a stock order box. Brake shoes take between 1-2 hours weighing 15 pounds each. You must bend over grab a shoe and sort them into their respective piles, for packaging later. Must be able to lift 60-80 pounds multiple times to do a core.

Incoming parts are the same you must be able to bend over lift from 1-80 pounds and transfer it to its correct location. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
