The Supervisor-Clinic Office oversees the daily activities of front office, back office and ancillary staff. This includes staff scheduling to assure appropriate staffing levels are maintained and electronic time and attendance records are maintained and approved. The incumbent supports customer service and high clinical and business standards in an efficient manner. This is a professional level position working independently with limited supervision. Work situations are varied and require organization, discretion, good judgment, and ability to make independent critical thinking decisions in a service-oriented, professional manner. Major decisions are subject to review and pre-approval by the Regional/Practice Manager. Internal contacts include department staff and management in such areas as HP, HIM, IS&T, Security, Customer Services, and Revenue Cycle. External contacts include patients, families, private physician offices, insurance companies, DSHS, and outside agencies.
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity.
Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
Associate s degree and two (2) years of healthcare experience or four (4) years healthcare leadership experience considered in lieu of a degree.
