The Coord, Access Center schedules via electronic medical records system medical provider appointments for patients throughout the Norton Healthcare system, to include primary care physicians and specialists. Schedules appropriately based upon clinical protocols, availability and payor source. Manages appointment requests from both phone calls (inbound and outbound) and electronic requests. Directs patients to the best option for medical care within the Norton healthcare system.
* One year customer service experience with exteal and/or inteal customers
* One year experience with administration, clerical, and scheduling processes
* One year experience in a high volume setting, directly interacting with and addressing customer needs
* One year experience in a medical office.
