ERC Team Project Coordinator role encompasses general administrative duties such as reserving conference rooms, making travel arrangements, completing expense reports, creating purchase orders, managing payment of invoices, etc in support of one Senior Vice President and four Vice Presidents. A significant percentage of time will be dedicated to supporting key projects for the Risk and Compliance team. Those duties focus around project administration and would require G-Suite experience and Project management and tracking skills. Strong communication (oral and written), organization and interpersonal skills are a must. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.

What You’ll Do
·Provide senior level administrative support to senior leader(s) of a business unit or COE; may provide support to multiple senior level leaders simultaneously
Research, collect, compile and analyze a wide variety of complex data and information requests to prepare executive level reports and presentations; Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports and presentations
Manage multiple assignments and deadlines of team members and maintain schedule of deliverables for internal/external presentations and work products
Optimize time management by giving consideration to organization wide due dates or deliverables that may compete with internal schedules and ensure relevant parties are aware of issues that need immediate attention
Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments and resolving conflicts when competing priorities occur; Serves as lead coordinator for conferences and meetings
Screen/prioritize/direct incoming calls, email or other communications taking appropriate action as necessary; Make decisions on behalf of senior leader(s), resolve requests and escalate when necessary Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings
Complete requested business errands such as obtaining catering, ordering office supplies, circulating mail, handling over-night deliveries, processing expense reports, coordinating machine maintenance and coordinating employee set up and moves
May be required to contribute to projects and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives and professional development
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
