The Team:
Our Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimal financial management, and efficient operations across DocuSign. The team consists of Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Operations, Investor Relations, and Business Operations. The Finance team partners across all organizations in DocuSign to appropriately allocate resources, inform key business decisions, and facilitate the execution of our operational plans.

This Position:
DocuSign is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Credit Analyst to join the Credit and Collections team in the US. In this position you will be responsible for conducting complete credit analyses (corporate), including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information for existing and new prospective customers in order to effectively mitigate and manage credit risk. You will also be instrumental in establishing and documenting processes and procedures.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of new and existing customers in order to identify, evaluate and provide recommendations to mitigate and minimize credit risk
Effectively communicate credit related decisions with internal and external customers
Develop, prepare and present data analysis findings with recommendations to leadership
Prepare legal documents, manage bankruptcy correspondence, and communicate with bankruptcy courts, trustees and attorneys
Respond to credit inquiries quickly using data and analytics to arrive at appropriate conclusions
Drive process improvement within teams, understanding the systems and variables affecting credit management decisions
Improve tools and processes, with emphasis on automating tasks currently performed manually
Know, understand, and comply with all department and company policies and procedures including all SOX documentation and practices.
Support annual audits and quarterly reviews
Ad hoc reporting as needed

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting or other business-related fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a credit or related functions with a minimum of 3 years of experience conducting corporate credit analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in credit, underwriting or risk investigations
Thorough knowledge of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements and financial ratios
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent credit analysis and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze information quickly and accurately with attention to detail
Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team collaborator
