This Sony Experience Expert ensures that Best Buy delivers a world class customer experience across all aspects of home theater products with an emphasis on the Sony ecosystem. This role works closely with customers and other employees to demonstrate, promote, and sell a variety of exciting Sony products in the Home Theater department and across the store to ensure that customers’ end-to-end needs are met.

Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
Build relationships with retail customers while providing them with relevant and memorable product demonstrations.
Uses innovative customer engagement to increase the sales of Sony ecosystem products in the Home Theater department.
Maintains a high level of product knowledge about new technology related to the role. Debriefs with vendor partner and market teams regarding insights on performance, promotions, and sales best practices.
Maintains the department’s merchandising and readiness to service customers throughout the day.
Explains complex technology in simple terms for clients to understand and see unique value.
Demonstrates excellence in selling skills as evidenced by coaching forms and Customer Metrics.
Supports sales strategies in partnership with the Sales Leader to achieve operating results, growth objectives, and overall financial performance goals.
1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Ability to work successfully as part of a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions
One year of sales experience
One year of experience working with consumer electronics
