This position supports the Urgent Care department at Columbia Tech Center. Schedule for this position is: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 11:15a-8:15p, Friday: 9:00a-6:00p, Saturday: 6:45a-3:45p and Sunday and Monday: off and is subject to change.
Serve as liaison between patients, physicians, and internal/external customers in person and by telephone. Facilitate effective appointment scheduling and handle phone calls, patient check-in/check-out, cashiering and other medical office support duties in a courteous and efficient manner.
