WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME MANAGER, FP&A FOR OUR WESTMINSTER, CO OFFICE WITHIN THE BUILDINGS SECTOR. THE MANAGER WILL BE A PART OF THE LEADERSHIP TEAM FOR THE NORTH AMERICA MEP DIVISION. LEADERSHIP IS DEFINED AS ARTICULATING AND DRIVING TOWARDS A DEFINED MODEL AND END GAME. MANAGEMENT OF THE MODEL IS DEFINED AS THE PRODUCTION OF THE NUMBERS & THE FINANCIAL EXECUTION TOWARDS ACHIEVEMENT OF THE MODEL.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

FINANCIAL PLANNING, ANALYSIS & FORECASTING FOR MEP NORTH AMERICA IN COORDINATION WITH THE MEP EMEA CONTROLLER;
*

LEAD THE NORTH AMERICAN MEP FINANCE TEAM.
*

ACT AS TRUSTED BUSINESS ADVISOR TO THE BUSINESS AREAS SUPPORTED WITHIN NORTH AMERICA.
*

OVERSEE AND CONTINUALLY IMPROVE THE REVISED COMMISSION PLANS FOR MEP WW. WORK IN COLLABORATION WITH THE MEP WW CONTROLLER ON SAID IMPROVEMENTS AND IMPLEMENT ACCORDINGLY.
*

ENSURE TIMELY AND ACCURATE MONTHLY FORECAST SUBMISSIONS FOR MEP WORLD WIDE IN COORDINATION WITH THE MEP WW CONTROLLER AND MEP EMEA CONTROLLER. ACT AS LEAD TO RECOMMEND MONTHLY FORECAST AND OUTLOOK SUBMISSIONS WORLD WIDE WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER AND MEP WW CONTROLLER.

LEAD AND FACILITATE THE NORTH AMERICAN ROLL-UP FOR QBR AND LRP REPORTING. COORDINATE WITH THE MEP GLOBAL FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER, MEP WW CONTROLLER AND THE MEP EMEA CONTROLLER TO ROLL-UP NA FOR THE OUTPUT BY THE MEP GLOBAL FINANCIAL REPORTING MGR.

ACT AS A THOUGHT LEADER IN TERMS OF DRIVING PERFORMANCE WITHIN THE NORTH AMERICAN BUSINESS AREAS BY LEVERAGING THE OUTPUT OF METRICS AND OTHER BUSINESS INDICATORS REQUIRING ACTION TO DRIVE PERFORMANCE.

PARTICIPATE IN PROCESS AND SYSTEM INITIATIVES AS REQUIRED AND IN COORDINATION WITH PROJECTS UNDERWAY OR TO BE CONSIDERED. PARTICIPATION PRIMARILY GEARED TOWARDS BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND SYSTEM/PROCESS DESIGN.

FOR NORTH AMERICA, LEAD THE LONG-TERM STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS AND COORDINATE WITH MEP WW CONTROLLER AND MEP EMEA CONTROLLER FOR THE WW ROLL-UP.
*

PARTICIPATE AND LEAD IN M&A ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SYSTEM AND PROCESS INTEGRATION AS WELL AS SUPPORTING THE MEP CONTROLLER IN MEETING THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ACQUISITION.

FOCUS ON CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT WITH REGARD TO DYNAMIC MODELING THAT ENCOMPASES THE FULL P&L, PRODUCT P&LS ALONG WITH A FOCUS ON SUSTAINABLE COST CONTROLS.
*

FUNCTIONAL / BUSINESS ANALYTICS SUPPORT;
*

PARTNER WITH MEP GLOBAL FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER TO DEVELOP MEANINGFUL MONTHLY AND ANNUAL BUSINESS METRICS, OPERATIONAL SCORECARDS, REPORTS, AND DECISION SUPPORT ANALYSIS;

APPROVAL OF CREDITS AND DISCOUNTS REQUEST FOR MEP NA
*

ABLE TO TRAVEL UP TO 25% DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

*

4+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ROLE.
*

STRONG EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL MODELING, ANALYSIS AND FORECASTING.
*

MENTALITY OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.
*

SOFTWARE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN A HIGH GROWTH ENVIRONMENT IS A PLUS.
*

BACHELOR S DEGREE REQUIRED. (PREFERRED MAJOR FINANCE, ACCOUNTING OR RELATED BUSINESS DEGREE).
*

MBA OR CPA PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.
