About the Team

Our Online Broadband optimization team is passionate about sales and customer experience.  We possess strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This team focuses on creating an extraordinary customer experience through data analysis and end-to-end testing.  We investigate and analyze online digital performance and drive results through cross-functional partnerships in alignment with the broadband strategy team.

About the Job

The eCommerce Digital roadmap strategist plays a critical role in developing business strategy product requirements, helping drive prioritization for business team’s product roadmaps and align partners on upcoming launch functionality for the website across all functional teams. This role works closely with product, technology, operations, and marketing teams to design a best in class digital experience.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View

If you’ve gained experience as a digital project manager, and are focused on enhancing customer experiences, you could help us:

  • Manage holistic, portfolio for digital broadband purchasing experiences.  Collect capability requests, manage backlog and prioritization and create user stories   
  • Proactively partner with internal teams to develop compelling business cases and drive new sales opportunities
  • Lead creative, product, and technology teams to develop and launch business team requirements to drive captivating customer experiences.
  • Ability to manage short term and long-term project initiatives across an agile environment
  • Identify test and learn opportunities to enhance customer purchasing experiences
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • 4-8 years’ experience in digital eCommerce—particularly roles in product and/or project management
  • 2+ years’ experience in business strategy and web development
  • Experience in scaled Agile environment
  • Experience writing EPICs and business requirements
