The Houseperson will be responsible for performing routine duties to ensure the high standards of cleanliness and service for the hotel and the brand. Housepeople should take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the hotel common areas are properly cleaned and maintained. No prior housekeeping experience is required! We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the aptitude to learn our type of work.

Areas of responsibility for our houseperson include:


  • Responding to guest requests and inquiries

  • Cleaning assigned public and housekeeping areas, including lobby, public restrooms, fitness and meeting rooms

  • Stocking of linen and supply closets

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the hallways and stairwells

  • Assists with trash removal, in general areas and for room attendants

  • Performing duties of a housekeeper if required

  • Conducting light maintenance; including, troubleshooting, changing light bulbs, filters and batteries, moving large objects

  • May be asked to assist in changing over the meeting room

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred 

  • Reading, math, and communication skills

  • The ability to work in both a team environment and independently

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a frequent basis

  • Availability to holidays and weekends is required

  • Adhere to brand and company standards
