Current Need We are seeking a Field Sales Rep to join our team in New Albany, OH (preferred) or Irving, TX.
Position Description The Field Sales Rep will:
Collaborate with internal business partners to execute the sales process with pharmacy customers and prospects to sell Health Mart Atlas and our value solutions.
Contribute to the formulation and execution of the overall account strategy and plan to support new business opportunities and support the up selling of Health Mart Atlas products to help retain McKesson Customers.
Assist the existing ISMC and MHS sales organizations in coordinating and closing Health Mart Atlas business opportunities.
Develop a common sales process and account planning methodology and create marketing tools.
Assist as required by the ISMC and MHS selling team in the formulation and execution of an overall Account Strategy and Plan which include coordinating with the sales field to schedule sales calls, on-site meetings with potential prospects and to win new business and retain existing customer base.
Coordinate the highest level of on-going, consistently superior service to prospects and to provide superior customer service to all accounts in the market.
Appropriately qualify customers, identify sales opportunities and demonstrate the value of our offerings to close the sale.
Coordinate sales calls including scheduling with prospects and developing presentations to meet the prospects/customers need.
Maintain a positive customer relationship and coordinate with the customer, ISMC and MHS field sales and the onboarding concierge.
Maintain an acute focus on customers and prospects to ensure growth of revenue while strengthening relationships between Health Mart Atlas, McKesson and its key customers in order to build/maintain the credibility required to keep this business.
Initiate the new member enrollment process, including signing DocuSign sales recap and other related documentation; work closely with the Enrollment Concierge to ensure policies and procedures are followed when adding and loading members to our contracts and confirm entry in all appropriate contracts.
Maintain prospect material and request re-supply from marketing as needed.
Respond to and research all prospects inquires in a timely manner. This requires a solid understanding of the right resources to answer questions/concerns that are often routine but can be complex in nature. Ongoing learning of existing products and services
Work with ISMC and MHS Sales team within your specific territory and provide them with support and engagement on potential leads. Schedule conference calls and or make periodic visits to new leads, or to existing customers to help retain business, when makes business sense.
Utilize DocuSign and Salesforece.com to support enrollment and transparency back to the field sales teams on member's enrollment.
Track all prospects activity and report stages on a weekly basis. Work with enrollment concierge, product managers to ensure prospects are load quickly.
Ensure strict compliance on new loading and dropping procedures. Staying compliant with privacy laws and HIPAA.
Minimum Requirements 2+ years relevant experience
2+ years sales experience
1+ year's experience supporting an external field sales team
1+ years experience with Salesforce.com
Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
An excellent understanding of third-party contracts, managed care field and/or health care industry
Strong presentation and value creation ability
Strong communication skills
Excellent Problem-Solving skills - ability to research, resolve and use available resources
Good Time Management - Set and meet weekly objectives and follow through
Ability to work in large matrix environment and build relationships with other sales teams

Education 4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements General office demands
Travel Up to 25%
