Position Description
Contributes to the overall success for the Implementation of all new ISMC customers. This includes direct communication with the sales team and new McKesson customers. Rx Ownership Start Up Specialist will be responsible meeting or beating best in class industry standards for the implementation of new business.

Key Responsibilities
This position within the INA Support Solutions' organization has the following key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the analysis and implementation of new start-up locations for the ISMC segments.
  • Communicates directly with Outside Sales Account Manager and new ISMC Accounts on a daily basis to ensure all aspects of customer setup are accurately completed.
  • Will ensure all SLA's are met by all internal partners.
  • Provides single point of contact for start-up efforts
  • Communicates with Internal Partners
  • On-boarding start-up pharmacies involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the implementation of new customers or delivery of a program from the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers.
  • Provides a single point of contact for Implementation efforts
  • Takes on-boarding from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the on-boarding which may include customers, Sales, DC Operations, Master Data and various departments (e.g. marketing, IT, etc.).
  • Defines on-boarding scope and objectives. Oversees/coordinates all aspects of project and serves as project manager between clients, line management and internal and external resources. Plans and directs On-boarding and monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal/external customer on all matters.
  • Update SFDC in timely manner to provide accurate reporting to all internal resources.
  • Assesses on-boarding issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, on-boarding estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts on-boarding meetings and is responsible for implementation deliverables. Recommends/takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.
  • Establishes procedures and processes related process improvement of customer transitions

Minimum Requirements
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in management, sales, support, operations or administration

Critical Skills
  • 5+ years project management experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking individual (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
  • Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, project management and business acumen skills
  • Experience using Salesforce (preferred)
  • Previous sales and/or account management experience (preferred)

Additional Knowledge & Skills
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, trends and processes
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
  • Effectively communicate product, price, promotion and procedure information to customers and field sales manager
  • Participate on cross functional process improvement teams
  • Strong analytical and business skills
  • Self starter that requires little direction
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
  • Ability to analyze communications and manage timelines
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented
  • Must have good problem solving and decision making skills
  • Must be a team player and willing to work in a changing environment

  • 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
