We Ask Of You To:
Provide leadership, direction, and professional development for up to four production supervisors.
Supervise the daily shift operations of the Department to ensure production standards, quality parameters, safety procedures, and department business plan goals are met.
Work effectively with the maintenance team to minimize production downtime and ensure preventative maintenance is performed on schedule.
Responsible for monitoring the total production process including continual monitoring of the total product flow, equipment, process methodology, mechanical repair work orders, on-the-job training of employees, writing and developing standard operating procedures (SOP), product quality, product yields and safety excellence.

You Have (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree including four years as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment who is ready to take on the next step in their careers!
Working knowledge of production processes, 5S program, and lean manufacturing and quality control techniques.
Proficient computer knowledge, with familiarity or ability to learn SAP or similar integrated manufacturing system.
Previous experience as a leader of leaders.
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in a food science, food technology, or dairy science field of study.
Experience in the manufacturing of dried dairy, whey, or cheese products.
